April 18, 2010 Donnie Rankin, the American Theatre Organ Society’s Young Theatre Organist of the Year in 2007. 1/17/2010 at 2:30PM the Crazy Rhythm Hot Society Orchestra performed with Randy Woltz at the Mighty Wurlitzer as part of Wurlitzer Weekend! What fun! Thanks to all.. December, 2009 open console meeting was held. Everyone enjoyed their time at the keyboard of the mighty Wurlitzer! Thanks to all who participated. Bob Salisbury accompanied Nosferatu - A symphony of Terror on October 9, 2009. John Giacchi kicked off the 2009 season accompanying the hilarious Silent Feature "Angora Love" with Laurel and Hardy! Join us in welcoming one of Australia's finest "theatre organists"
Open Console was August 15, 2009. We had an enjoyable time and appreciated everyone's attendance! December 27, 2008 2:30 PM Open Console & Elections ----- Saturday evening, January 17, 2009 at 8:00 PM Rob Richards performed a wonderful concert with Alex Zsolt, Pianist. ----- On November 9 , 2008 2:30 PM Clark Wilson accompanied "Ben Hur - A Tale of the Christ (1925) " Staring Ramon Novarro The concert was a wonderful performance and all attendees were throughly entertained by Mr. Wilsons magical energy which was sustained throughout the entire movie! What a treat. ----- September 14, 2008 2:30 PM Lance Luce performed a wonderful concert for our audience. Mr. Luce played a popular music seleciton which appealed to all ages. In addition, he accompanied "Get Out and Get Under" staring Buster Keaton ----- August 16, 2008 11:00 AM - 3:00 PM The Open Console and Membership Meeting was great fun. ----- June 15, 2008 2:30 PM Chris Elliott Performed the full length movie - Harold Lloyd, "Safety Last" The concert was amazing and Mr. Elliott stunned everyone with such a wonderful accompaniment. Thanks Scott ----- Wurlitzer Weekend was held on Friday, January 11 through Sunday, January 13, 2008. It was a lot of fun. The Plummer Auditorium was host to special guests including Bob Mitchell, Lyn Larsen, Stan Kann and Ralph Wolf. Pictures Here ----- OPEN Console, Christmas Party and Elections- was held December 29, 2007 - 11:00 AM - 2:00 PM ----- November 11, 2007 at 2:30 PM Bob Salisbury performed to the Full Length Movie," Lilac Time" (1928) ----- September 9, 2007 at 2:30 PM - Lew Williams - If you missed Lew Williams' concerts in San Diego and Santa Barbara, you have another chance to hear his musical magic! Mr. Williams will be accompanying the very funny Laurel and Hardy silent film "Their Purple Moment". He is one of the principal organists at the Organ Stop Pizza restaurant in Mesa, Arizona. ----- On June 24, 2007 at 2:30 PM at the beautiful Plummer Auditorium Robert Israel accompanied the full length movie, "Grandma's Boy" starring Harold Lloyd. Then he will accompany two short films: "The Idle Class" starring Charlie Chaplin and a "A rare silent cartoon ." Pictures here! ----- Gene Roberson performed at the mighty Plummer Wurlitzer. Ron played a selection of popular music and light classics. The Silent Laurel and Hardy movie "The Music Box" will also be shown. In this movie, Laurel and Hardy move a piano up a long flight of stairs. (Pictures Here ) ----- September 10, 2006 at 2:30 PM Dave Wickerham performed at the mighty Plummer Auditorium Wurlitzer and a played a wonderful selection of popular music as well as a very funny Laurel and Hardy Silent Movie. (see pictures here) ----- Saturday, August 19, 2006 was open console. We enjoyed a lovely concert performed by Scott Stedman, (Don Near's 14 year old amazing Grandson) and many others who participated in Open Console. (See pictures here) ----- June 18, 2006 at 2:30 PM Chris Elliott performed at the mighty Plummer Auditorium Wurlitzer. He accompanied the full length silent film "Peter Pan". The concert was wonderful. Everyone fully enjoyed it! ----- April 9, 2006 at 2:30 PM Bob Mitchell performed at the mighty Plummer Auditorium Wurlitzer. Peter and the Wolf was beautiful and truly something to hear!
